Lobster Grilled Cheese
(Veg option available) Roasted lobster, mild cheddar cheese, Cote-Bouillonnaise sauce, in between two think cut French sliced bread, grilled golden brown with our house made garlic butter. Served with broccoli slaw, kettle chips onion dip.
Shipwreck Jambalaya
Cajun chicken, prawns, Spanish chorizo, with chopped bell peppers, onions, fire roasted tomatoes tossed in our house made Jerk Curry Jambalaya stew, and rice.
Cast Away Poke Bowl
Spicy Ahi tuna, edamame beens, pickled beets, kimchi, corn, ginger, cucumber, avocado, mango, pea shoots, lettuce, on a bed of rice, dressed with our house-made sweet soy-sesame ginger sauce and spicy mayo, topped with crispy onions and sesame seeds.
